I think this is a debate we need to have. Does having a small penis make one want to listen to Radiohead for example? Does having a big penis make one susceptible to the charms of Jeff Foxworthy. And what about Women - without penises how are they able to make decisions at all?
On the other hand, maybe that's an argument that woman should run things more.
