"Worst idea any American had was to create a 'reality show' where Trump pretends to be a smart businessman. That blue suit guy took it seriously and convinced a lot of really dumb people to put him in the White House so he could fire characters they didn't like."

I absolutely agree with this. It explains so much, like why he had a ready-made base just waiting to be deployed, and why they were so ready to believe anything he said. The producers of that show had no idea what kind of monster they were creating.
