He looks completely out of it, like he has no idea where he is, what he's doing there, who that man standing next to him is, or why that man has a hold of his hand!

I'm honestly amazed that he can stay perpendicular to the floor for more than a couple of minutes. One of these days, he's going to going to go down like sack of potatoes during a widely publicized moment like this, and his White House toadies will be scrambling to come up with a halfway convincing explanation.

This (president becoming too decrepit to function and staff trying to cover for him) would be a funny story line in a certain kind of movie, but in real life, it's both ridiculous and terrifying.
