No only is it wonderful on its own, but it really puts to rest the nonsense about Biden being hopelessly "out of it."

He has great recall and can tell a story from beginning to end (maybe a stutter or two) without a teleprompter and without wandering off into any kind of "weave." No airing of grievances. No grandiosity. And plenty of good, self-depricating humor.

He seems to me to be at a very average level for a man in his 80s (especially one who spent his entire adult life in stressful jobs while experiencing devastating losses.)

Contrast Biden getting choked up talking about Beau with the Tangerine Toddler being "too busy" to attend his namesake's wedding but un-busy enough to paralyze NYC and bring down a curse upon the Knicks. 46 is genuinely good soul and 45/47 is a man without one.
