trying to track down the 4, or 5 people ghat were issued citations for touching the water to ask them; "did you use a boxcutter to slice a 300 foot gash in the blue sealant"?

Then, they will ask for comment from judge Drinky Mcwinebox and Stinky, Orange Al Capones's lawyer.

Could be this....could be that....I guess we'll never know.
