So some vandal slashes the bottom. If that bottom was properly affixed to the granite, it would only result in an imperceptibly thin line. Not something a vandal would be proud of. But if it weren’t properly affixed to the granite, then it might move around. Still, who cares? Who would make such an effort to get such a pointless result?
