3. Rural voters in blue states

Yesterday

have easier access to voting than urban voters.
Just because it's rural doesn't mean there is no in person voting location. Assuming that state has in person voting. Several states only do mail in voting, and everybody there is going to be affected if post office doesn't deliver ballots.
