10. When you have a completely subservient GQP in control of all three branches, many of these actions have indeed

been enacted (lawfully or unlawfully) before the courts have weighed in, only to be addressed afterwards. There is a difference between the way things are supposed to work and what has been happening, and that is by design. The entire fascist strategy is an overwhelming blitzkrieg--to act faster than the system can respond, double-down, then attempt to circumvent the result if they think they can. In the rare instance where they have to publicly undo something they've already done (ex. the Kennedy Center name change), they try to cover it up in order to save face and preserve the image of their power.

It hasn't always worked out as well as they would have hoped, but that is very clearly what they are trying to do and have been trying to do.
