a serious incident like this, WITHOUT ID, is insane. There should be a national (not state) law on this, that all accusations such as this, must have an ID for it to be legitimate. Otherwise, nothing will be done.

This is dangerous, insane and childish, and steps must be taken to stop it.

It's amazing that no one used common sense on this one. But then, we're in Trumpland now.
