what he claims Hearn did? He went on way too long and he embellished his lie with a great deal of emotionalism. The more he lied, the more vicious he became. For example, when he described how Hearn tore the big gash in the pool, he became very animated and angry.

If the defense was able to get this clip (I checked youtube for it--not there, at least yet), it would be tremendous for their defense. There is no way that trump could have seen Hearn do this and the amount of emotionalism he portrayed is way out of bounds , not to mention that a president is never supposed to speak about a "crime" as it would bias the case.

This case is going nowhere.
