224. There have been parents that had to take their kids out of school

because someone posted something on facebook or a tweet. The Sheriff said there was an accusation one kid was involved when he wasn't even in Jefferson County at the time. They say there were pictures that were deleted, you say the cops could still have got them. I don't know if they can or not or if they ever even existed in the first place. The fact is you can't put someone in prison on a picture that they can't produce.
One thing the victim's attorney Bob Fitzsimmons has made his name on high profile civil cases like this. You can bet there will be civil suits against the school and any adults that enabled the mess. That is why Bob Fitzsimmons took the case, that is his specialty. It probably won't cost the family a dime unless he gets a big settlement out of it.
The Sheriff has been in office nearly 30 years and he is the best known law enforcement
person in the entire valley, he has a reputation of standing up for kids. As far as gambling and other things I have heard stories that he is as dirty as you could get. He has always stuck up for kids though.
