Dear TSS,

While doing research for tonight's SOTU address I was called to jury service on DU. A comment I felt inappropriate from a fellow American was allowed to stand, it was a 4-2 decision.
I cannot believe the jurors let it stand. As I reflected on the matter I felt it was similar to how the Congress has acted during my term. Perhaps the solution to the jury problems at DU is to allow jurors to discuss with each other before rendering a vote and allow them to trade off yes/no votes in hopes that they can use those votes later when feel an unfair verdict is being rendered.

Please send money.
