That's what I'm talking about. It would have to include that if your Precious got stolen. Have a good gun safe? Cheaper insurance - as long as that gun safe was like Fort Knox. It's spectacularly easy to open almost all regular gun safes (that cost less than say, $5,000)
And as far as INTENTIONAL shooting, you try to collect from your insurance company if someone sues you.

Insurance would have to be universal for it to have any impact on the slaughter that Delicate Flowers do to other Americans.
