80. Only if after the apocalypse they use their guns to take my farm or stuff

I live in the rural South. It's a given that most if not all my neighbors have guns. Heck, one has a private gun range and spends many weekend afternoons practicing shooting.

Some of my neighbors are irresponsible enough that I've chased them off my property when I caught them poaching - AFTER I refused to give them permission to hunt my property. The one with the practice range, I don't worry about. He does not hunt on his property because he considers his 50 acres too small to be a safe hunting spot since it is surrounded by development, even though it backs up to my 60 acres, mostly undeveloped. By being there, he keeps down the number of poachers that might come onto my farm.

I'm not going to be paranoid about my neighbors. If they commit a crime on my property, I know where to find them.
