I've always known we get tracked all over the net but not to such an intrusive degree.
It's scary to have proof of how much info is being collected. I do banking over the net and make many purchases on e-Bay and Amazon since I can't get out much.

I know about anonymous IP proxies but didn't use them because they tend to slow down computer speed.

I hadn't heard of Ghostery INVALUABLE. I hope it can help people evade the info collectors. For me, it's too late.
