72. That is a very bad suggestion

Raw vegetables are difficult to digest for a normal person with a healthy gut. Taking a pill that shuts down the acids necessary to digest those raw vegetables only exacerbates the problem. It's a vicious circle. You take the pill for indigestion, acids shut down and you stop digesting your latest meal, the food rots in your gut, take another pill, rinse and repeat. That's how the pill was designed and that's why they're making $5 billion a year in profits on just the purple pill alone.

Keeping a healthy flora in your gut is key to taming your digestive issues. My husband was on these pills for years, and his taking probiotics has helped his digestive issues tremendously.
