Switzerland, Luxembourg, Caymans, etc.

And Romney keeps saying the same thing: (not a direct quote) "I'm sure most Americans don't resent people who are successful, and I've been EXTRAORDINARILY successful at running a business. And I'm sure Americans don't want to see job creators (like him?!?) punished with a high tax rate, etc..."

He just doesn't get it...
