Will the depleted uranium, cluster bombs, toxic military waste - be cleaned up in Iraq? [View all]

Will the infrastructure, hospitals, schools, homes be rebuilt?

Will the water supply be made safe again?

There hasn't been much reporting of any clean-up or repairs, I'd like to know what conditions the people of Iraq are being left with.
