14. Semi-auto covers most of the popular hand gun designs.

The Colt .45 is semi-auto and the design has been in service for just over 100 years. I'd highly prefer that pistols be left alone subject to the rule to use original (design) capacity magazines. For a .45, that's 7 or 8 rounds.

I'd have to concur with the OP on rifles. Bolt action is plenty.
