Mentally challenged girl, 15, 'gang raped under her desk during class as teacher did NOTHING'

22. I know of an incident where an idiot savant was raped by the school janitor. The young lady

reported it, including the "dirty money" he would leave in her locker afterwards. She was already being treated by a psychiatrist, psychologist, hospital and had told them all, even the school nurse and Principal. No one believed her and no investigation. She was told not to lie about it anymore. She was 12 years old. A YEAR LATER, she ends up pregnant with the janitors child an they aborted the fetus.
Her special gift that made her a savant was that she could remembr everything that ever happened to her in complete detail, including dates and times. I watched her give an 8 hour deposition where she correctly gave the admission and discharge dates of every hospitalization of her life, including the day of the week. The janitor was subsequently convicted, and the so called, medical providers and the school district settled. She. needed some of those Sandy Hook teachers and administrators in her corner. I hope she is ok now. MHMR of Texas could not handle her by age of 16. She was incredible strong and at one point beat up 5 cops and her 6'3" mentally challenged husband. The "voices in her head" told her to do it. Her deposition would have gone longer but the defense attorneys started to attack her. During a break we learned the voices were telling her to kill them. I stopped the deposition, and when the defense complained, I told them that I would not be responsible for what would happen if they continued. After hearing why I stopped it, they quickly agreed. She was turned into a monster by this and the system had let her down. Needless to say, the deposition was never rescheduled and the parties settled. No telling how different things would have been for her and her absolutely complete recall of all events of her life. They were amazed that she was NEVER WRONG about a single date or event. Hard to blame her memory and graphic recollection of he abuse she suffered. When asked why she never reported her biological fathers rape before she and her brother were taken away from her parents due to abuse, she said that she had not learned to speak yet, she was 2 years old. When need to protect our children from abusers and take rape seriously. The janitor was 57 years old!
