In reply to the discussion: 200 involved, 3 arrested at Baby Shower brawl [View all]Tsiyu
(18,186 posts)39. My favorite twisted baby shower game
Have someone write down everything mom says as she opens her gifts. ( Without her knowing, of course. She should think the person is just jotting down which person gave which gift. )
When she's finished opening her presents, the person says, "Okay, now we will hear what Mom-to-be said the first time she and Dad-to-be got together for some monkey love."
There follows a reading of her responses:
"Isn't that cute!"
"Gosh. It's so tiny!"
"Aw. Look. It's got little bunnies on it!"
Silly, but good for a lot of cheap laughs. Let's hope it wasn't this game that started the whole brawl in Mass, though!

Pretty sure any brawl involving 200 people at a baby shower is going to make news

There's another Portugese social hall right across the street from this one, IIRC.
