(11,065 posts)It's not anything close to the criteria that police use to arrest or prosecutors use to charge. Since rape cases are a matter of consent, absent witnesses, video footage or obvious injuries that couldn't be construed to have been consented to most rape cases boil down to a matter of he said/she said none of which would ever get to court if police and prosecutors relied on any proof beyond a reasonable doubt in order to either arrest or charge.
Seeing as there are no charges of any kind against anyone, I simply don't believe the allegations in the suit. This mother found out about this and kept the child in the school with her alleged rapists while she continued to be bullied, harassed and even physically assaulted all the while with teachers and administrators ignoring it? Baloney.
