the effort to criticize and malign others was blatantly obvious in your remarks, and were the same in spirit and substance as that seen in many around here dedicated to silencing criticism through the same means -- depicting those that are "not happy" with this or that about BHO as being something disagreeable, unpalatable, and intolerable, ranging from miserable (as your "unhappy" stuff indicates) to being rightwing trolls.

My response was in direct response to the example you provided, that was totally devoid (as they almost always are) of any examples that would lead a reasonable person to believe that there is ANYONE here of the lefty persuasion that "wouldn't be happy about or with BHO no matter what he does".

Speaking only for myself, but in terms of the pov I'd argue is all but universally shared by all those like me who voted for him but refuse to be uncritical of him when it's called for, your post and the indictment it explicitly contains of my type, is complete BS.

So your suggestion that I "look in the mirror" is equally so, since what you did and I did are two entirely different things. You and your stuff were indicted here, and you were therefore given an opportunity to respond in the presence of the readers/jurors, whereas you and those like you almost never allow the accused (which remained nameless, and their motives, efforts, and feelings you likely miscontrued for the aforementioned reasons) such an opportunity in these baseless and broadbrushed efforts of this kind. You're indicting a "group" that in all likelihood, doesn't even exist in significant much less threatening numbers as you characterize them, that is intended to include those that criticize BHO on anything.

Methinks before the smoke clears on this little civil war between those around here that wanna silence the criticisms and those willing to criticize, that you guys are a distinct minority, and will lose the "popularity" contest. I'm far from the only only one around here getting quite fed up with explicit and implicit innuendos of this kind.
