i'm currently reading a book by chris mooney called...........the republican brain.

i'm about 90 pages into it as he breaks down the conservative mindset and the psychological therories he proffers at length along with studies he bases his conclusions on.

in an air of being somewhat unbiased he also breaks down the liberal/progressive mindset as a comparative.

interesting read that might help relieve some of your exasperation.

good rant though.

i'm more and more convinced each day it's a total waste of time trying to convince these assholes what reality is. when presented with accurate info that flys in their face it must be immediately debunked to save their INaccurate belief.
