7. There is no Constitutional "right" to assault weapons.

Hell, even Scalia said (in the conext of the assault weapons ban) that certain types of guns can be limited. Fully automatic weapons have been banned since 1934. It's your premise that's bullshit. Quite obviously the line can be drawn; it's just a question of where. That will be determined by Congress, and upheld or struck down by the SCOTUS. Looks like the bigger hurdle is Congress, not the Court or the 2nd Amendment. There is no legitimate civilian use for assault weapons.
