struggle for integration when she stood there and screamed at Elizabeth, one of the Little Rock Nine on the day they integrated that school?

Hazel's face is hideously distorted with hatred and rage, and she later was embarrassed and ashamed about the picture and reached out to apologize to Elizabeth.

A book, Elizabeth and Hazel: Two Women of Little Rock tells their story.
