...George Bush lied, which is why the Iraq war is considered illegal. I mean, you can't have it both ways, it can't be both an illegal and a legal war.

I believe that the war was illegal because we invaded a sovereign nation that was not a threat to us making it not "just", immoral and illegal. Congress voted to let an idiot use our military to kill possibly a million people including hundreds of thousands of innocent children. Congress abdicated their responsibility because they were cowards and used the transparent lies of Georgie as their excuse.

As for the vote on being a Christian nation, do you think Kucinich was among the "Christians in Congress" who "are hypocrites because they worship the Golden Bull in spite of Jesus' teachings"?

I think that all people that claim to be Christian but worship the almighty dollar are hypocrites.

You appear to believe that the votes are connected. My point was addressing this statement in the OP:

I dont believe the two situations are connected. I was attempting to guess your point. I still dont understand your point.
