(8,462 posts)A rose by any other name would smell as sweet. And is it REALLY name-calling to refer to your posts by what they are? (I.e, trolling).
I suppose the money spent to feed pets and pay for vet bills would also feed a lot of starving children. Are you advocating that people euthanize their pets and feed starving children with the money they would have spent on their pets?
Come to think of it, humane euthanasia isn't free either. It costs money to have it done right. Should people take their pets out into the back yard and bash their skulls in with bricks, and give the money saved to "Save the Children"?
The money that I spent on the lasagna I'm preparing for dinner would have fed a lot of starving children, but it's already in the oven? Instead of eating it myself, should I take it down to the starving children facility and leave it on the doorstep?
You know what would REALLY feed a lot of starving kids?? The money spent on this fiasco: http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlines/2012/07/f-22-fighter-loses-79-billion-advantage-in-dogfights-report/
So, yeah, you're trolling when you troll your trollishness on here in a thread about the last meal of a dying pet.
