(24,856 posts)He could "play" the piano by walking his front paws from one end of the keys to the other, then end with a high-note "duh", then a low-note "duh". Many times when I was talking on the phone he would jump up on the piano bench & start playing for attention & whomever I was talking to would get a kick out of it. He was 12 yrs. old when he died in June. He loved seafood & we gave him shrimp for his last meal.
Now we have two new children: two Boston Terriers named Gladys & Abner. Gizmo was always so nosy & curious, I always thought I should have named him Abner (Kravitz -- from "Bewitched"
, so when we got our new BTs, we knew right away what we'd name them. Sure enough, whenever we leave to go somewhere, or when the neighbors leave, they both stick their noses (what little they have!) under the gate to get a peek. ![]()
