No pyrotechnic displays in nightclubs. Ever. [View all]

The band that set off a pyrotechnic display in Brazil resulting in the deaths of near 250 should be charged with murder.

Like the band in the RI nightclub, they're guilty of criminal stupidity. They're mass murderers.
