3. Actually, the NK military would fight hard.

The populace of NK has been throughly brainwashed for decades. They have been told, repeatedly, that they have it better than other countries. The Kims are worshipped like they are gods. Yes, the NK military will fight hard, but thankfully they would not be very effective. They don't have the money to be able to train.
