Opie was playing with his new tape recorder. He secretly recorded what he thought was a crime confession so he took it to Andy. Naturally Andy refused to even listen and he gave Opie a lecture about Constitutional rights and how an officer of the law is not allowed to use evidence illicitly gained. It was a good show.
