30. very impressive

I wonder, was the spending that Bolling noted including the "off the budget" spending on the Iraq/Afghanistan wars? And did it include the Medicare Rx drug benefit that people often state was not on Bush's books?

My understanding was that, when Obama came into office, this spending was then placed on the books, making it appear that Obama was spending extravagantly.
