Lots of arm twisting of other Democrats even though they had public pressure from their constituencies that were against it. He was very condescending toward those who were against it and "free trade" in general. I followed this VERY closely in '93. Clinton's a scumbag. The archetype, if not prototype of the consummate 3-rd way corporate democrat
