We should implement national-level minimum HOURS laws to go along with the minimum wage. Also, we should understand, as FDR did, that time OFF work is just as important to productivity as time AT work. I think the Federal Work week should be 32 hours (with a 10$ minimum wage) instead of 40.
Just me.
