12. We can also use more vocational training schools

Not everyone wants to be an accountant or philosopher or mathematician.

And many companies are trying to hire enough machinists.

If we're giving federal funds to universities, we can do the same for junior colleges, trade schools, apprentice programs, to partly rebuild our manufacturing skills.
