It would be malpractice if the Democrats don't attribute Bush the Least's record repeatedly to current circumstances.

If the People's Party ignore him without tying his record to Republicans in Congress attempts to maintain Bush's legacy, the GOP's job of whitewashing the Pretender in Chief will become all the easier.
