Making 2014 part of a 2016 Presidential will get voters excited

unlike in 2010 when voters stayed away because it wasn't a Presdidential

Because SCOTUS demands all voters remain interested and having a Coach to lead the team
shows continuation and leads to victory

People seeing that Democratic candidates can win Kentucky and Texas, will lead to more people being democratic voters in 2014.

and having a nominee in thought prior will save billions in wasted campaign time and dollars
and is better to coordinate a 50 state response in 2016 anyhow

Long gone are the days when both the Summer and Winter Olympics are the same year.
Now there is an Olympics every two years but the thoughts to the next one are already way planned in advance in most sports played at an Olympics
