It is literally making me ill. Really talks about/identifies the "self selecting subset of people for whom great wealth is the most important thing at any cost".

I just don't understand.

editing - Dorgan called the financial collapse in 1999 in a congressional speech. He called it perfectly. Hardly anyone listened.
