9. These new powers of our "Unitary Executive" don't just violate our Constitution,

they violate the Magna Carta of 1215.

Of course, the USA is not bound by the Magna Carta because we wouldn't be "discovered" by the Europeans for another 300 years,
and wouldn't become a country for another additional 300 years,
but you get the picture.

No leader of a democratic country has claimed the right to kill without oversight...
until now.

and "Terror" finally surrenders and disbands its army,
will our Unitary Executive surrender these powers ?
