an adversarial process should determine, not an unchecked executive branch offing people merely because some unnamed bureaucrat within the Executive Branch alleges that so-and-so is 'aligned' with Al Quaida (language of the current white paper Isikoff published).

ETA: Show me one iota of judicial review in this policy and I will gladly retract my criticism of it and of Obama.
