You are probably right.

But my other comment still stands. Republicans are nothing but mean spirited jerks... It's this idea they have in their little peon brains that people on public assistance are a bunch of, gambling, cadillac driving, pill popping, low life, fraudster types. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that the bill, in and of itself, will probably have little to zero impact on the lives of people on public assistance since I highly doubt that they are out there gambling anyway. ---It's just the implication that they are that pisses me off.

If people are poor enough to qualify for public assistance, it means that they are barely scraping by. Whatever assistance they are getting would not be enough for all of these 'vices' that they are being accused of. Pukes act as if these poor people are living it up somehow.
