Numbers inply that a greater number of people voted FOR
the measure if associated with Obama.

The overall only lost 11% (70%-50%=11%)

The Repubs went down by 21% (60%-39%=21%)

Which means that more Dems and/or Independants voted for the measure when it was associated with Obama.
