18. I was born in Minnesota in 1948. This was right after WW2..

MANY of my contemporaries had parents, mainly mothers, who were born in Britain or Germany and were not citizens. Were these kids not citizens then? If not, what about their kids? Or is this whole thing just aimed at Black men with foreign sounding names?
