CNN reporting Dorner not dead, not in cabin in headline. [View all]

So is he dead and buried in the cabin, or is he on the loose? CNN is having problems. LAPD is saying no body was found. Cnn says no body in breaking news headline, and that he is dead on the page that links to.
Mistake?
