1. I don't think it's all that hard to pass the eval.

And things can happen post-testing. Looks like maybe that's the case this time. He had a LOT of anger and resentment, and not without some justification. Does not excuse what he did, but it sure looks like he may not have gone this route if the situation had been different. But who knows? I sure don't.

All I guess I'm saying is the PD can screen and still have ZERO guarantee of anyone's continued sanity or stability.
