crime? He happened to be driving the same kind of car of someone the LAPD had been chasing. They made themselves the judge, jury and executioner that day. The family did win a wrongful death lawsuit against them, but that didn't bring back their son. This has been the LAPD's practice for a very long time. I love both policemen and firefighters, but just the good ones. The LAPD, IMO, do not deserve love, trust nor respect. If you Google LAPD corruption, there are over a million hits. All of those hits can't be wrong.
