In addition to what you correctly note about the lack of institutional oppression of males, the terms "dick" and "prick" don't really address (i.e., diminish) the subject's masculinity in the way that "pussy" is intended to do. The terms identify the subject as a jerk but leave his manhood untouched, so to speak.
Granted, they are terms seldom applied to women, but even so they don't even imply that "jerkiness" is an inherently male trait; they're simply saying "you're a male and you're a jerk."
In short, anyone who tries to draw an equivalence of sexism between "pussy" and "dick" is full of crap, which is an admirably gender-neutral state of mind, I should think.
