When the word 'pussy' is used an insult, do you perceive it as sexist?

Pussy? I've never considered it in the context of being insulting using it as a woman's body part. And you can laugh and scoff at that all you like.

Resistance to creative, dangerous ideas. A black and white worldview.
A tendency to project one's own feelings of inadequacy, rage and fear onto a scapegoated group
A preoccupation with violence and sex.
