19. I don't understand why MRE's and bottled water was not airlifted in

If Carnival had asked for help, or paid for it, things would've been a lot better. Airlifts and airdrops are done daily from Mobile to oil platforms. I worked on a ship in that part of Mobile/Gulf and have seen much faster support services. Up until not long ago, a carnival cruise ship ran weekly from Mobile.
